IPL 3: Delhi Daredevils Discussion
1. The best batting lineup of all. However Viru & Gambhir haven't been the explosive success they've been for India. Why?
Is there a bit of tension that Viru's the icon & Gambo the skipper? 2. The semi-final jinx: failing twice in the semis(quite tamely) will have to gnaw on these guys. Can they put one together to get to the final atleast? 3. Can Warner & Nannes step up again? 24 needed with a bunny coming in at 11? No problem! Edited 4 time(s). Gambhir guides Delhi home with a typically well paced innings. Sreesanth bowled quite well for Kings XI to take the early wickets of Sehwag and Dilshan. _______________________ India's Test record against Australia over last 12 years: Played 26, Won 10, Lost 10, Drawn 6 Reply•Quote |

Re: IPL 3: Delhi Daredevils Discussion
My team has the most balanced team as of now.
With likes of Dilli, Gambo and Veeru followed by AB, dinesh and Manhas This is arguably most destructive batting line up with Dirk, Mahroof and Sangwan as fasties, we have best economy bowlers with Amit and Ladda, we have best economical spinners and the fielding has been more than impressive Only thing is that they need to keep up the momentum. Last coule of times we have surrendered at very first do and die hurdle. Hopefully this time we'll go further than last 2 seasons Reply•Quote |

Mumbai are on fire, thanks to Tendulkar. He is getting good support from youngsters as well. Delhi bowling has been ordinary today. _______________________ India's Test record against Australia over last 12 years: Played 26, Won 10, Lost 10, Drawn 6 Reply•Quote |

Re: IPL 3: Delhi Daredevils Discussion
A batting lineup of Sehwag, Dilshan, Gambhir is always going to be top heavy. Delhi need to spread out these match winners in the batting order to insure against the rare collapses. _______________________ India's Test record against Australia over last 12 years: Played 26, Won 10, Lost 10, Drawn 6 Reply•Quote |

Must win match for Delhi against Mumbai. But they have started badly, gifting 8 extras in the first 4 overs. They need to get the in form Tendulkar quickly to restrict Mumbai. _______________________ India's Test record against Australia over last 12 years: Played 26, Won 10, Lost 10, Drawn 6 Reply•Quote |

New Mumbai opener, Madan slowed things down and just got out. Run rate is down to 7.5. Good comeback by Delhi. _______________________ India's Test record against Australia over last 12 years: Played 26, Won 10, Lost 10, Drawn 6 Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 13/04/2010 11:58 by Max. Reply•Quote |
