Sad news circulating that Peter The Ice Cream has sadly passed away.
He was known, and seen at many Middlesex games at outgrounds.
His famous autographed van and snazzy trousers always there.

RIP Peter

Peter was a lively feature of our out grounds and I loved those trousers.

We meet on aa couple of overseas tours where his humour and dress reached even higher levels, depending on your perspective. I certainly approved.

Enjoy the great ice cream van in the Sky. RIP Peter

If Peter does not take the trousers with him to eternity they should be displayed in the Middlesex cabinet (wherever it may be now), or in the MCC Museum-he was an MCC member I believe.

The finger being raised on the innings of life comes to us all in the end. RIP Peter, rather like your Harlequin trousers, gone but not forgotten.
