Thanks for reporting back from last night.
Was a well attended AGM.
Other good news given to us was the Middlesex Room will be open from tomorrow (yes,I did cheer) and I think it's brilliant news.
It has been redecorated with the honours boards still to go up,but,we can wait!
A moment of standing in silence was asked for by the top table, and respected,to remember those no longer with us.
I thought it was a good, relaxed AGM,and we can all look forward to the season.
The weather was mentioned, and how all grounds are affected by the deluge we have had.Gus saying how green the wicket is for the first game.

A comprehensive report on the meeting which will act as a huge benefit for those who were unable to attend.

As promised, a constructive review was held during the close season which has enabled the club to move forward.

It is encouraging that the younger cricketers are to be offered an opportunity to shine. At least we have several experienced cricketers to call upon if required.

Congratulations to Dawid Malan and Sam Robson upon their respective appointments as captain and vice-captain. We also have significant captaincy options to call upon for the shorter formatted competitions.

It is commendable that Gus Fraser will continue as managing director of cricket. Continuity will provide a stability to the club.
