To me it is definitely Harry for contribution with bat and ball. Murts very unlucky having had a fruitful April.

James Harris just gets it from two worthy competitors.

My choice is the evergreen Tim Murtagh. A beautiful action and a faultless attitude. One has to blend youth with experience.

Without doubt,James Harris.
Bowling against Northants in first game, was it 8 in the match?
And,batted to try and grab a draw up at Derby.
Yep,James Harris gets my vote.

Tim Murtagh with James Harris, a close second.

You're voting twice are you? Once as as Patsy, and once as EH Hendren.

I have voted for Tim Murtagh, as he took two four-fors to help Middlesex beat Northamptonshire despite us posting two low totals, and he took another two weeks later v Glamorgan to ensure that we were able to achieve a bowling point before the rain wiped out the final day-and-a-half (nearly half of the overs of day three had been unbowled when the players went off).

On the subject of votes, the club are about to launch an award for Catch of The Month sponsored by the club’s hydration partner Phizz. However, I am not sure how voters who are unable to get to many matches are supposed to know what to vote for, as the footage of our matches comes from a camera which never moves, which means that about the only catches which can be judged are those by the wicket-keeper or slip fielder.

One of Ollies catches at Derby must win that!
As for this, Harry.....best part of 100 runs and lots of wickets!

The Murtagh and Harris bowling partnership versus Northamptonshire at Lord's was quite remarkable.

Rather one-sided voting, well deserved for 'Arry as he shone in April.

At least there are several contenders for the May poll.

James Harris has also won the Brooks Macdonald Player of the Month award for April, and has spoken to Middlesex’s YouTube page about this:
