These are retainers and the players get match fees on top of that... plus they earn from playing IPL or WBBL as well as sponsorship...    The money earned by the women is quite less though compared to the men... which is a shame...

Just for comparison... the Grade A Pakistani players get 0.6 Crore Pakistani rupees or about 0.3 crore Indian rupees per year.... i.e. same as B grade Indian women's cricketers....

Rohit doesn't deserve the highest grade contract! He's been a mediocre test cricketer at best. Agree with the rest.
