Papplewick join the league due to Cutthorpe being denied a place due to their ground not meeting league standards. Cutthorpe will remain in the Bassetlaw League for 2003.

Last season's runaway champions West Indies Cavaliers, have a tough looking away fixture at third placed Clifton. Runners-up Welbeck also have to travel, this time to South Notts champions Collingham, who are also making their Premier League debut.

Kimberley Institute, whose form tailed off badly last season after a promising start, entertain Blidworth. Last season's strugglers Southwell and Bridon clash at Southwell, whilst Notts Unity entertain Wollaton.
