Like Paddy blaming the dog after he's farted, Higgins hit out at World Snooker for the "shocking conditions" after his World Championship exit in April. World Snooker received another earful for a scheduling clash that will force Higgins to choose between Barry Hearn's Premier League and the tournament in Bahrain.
