Hello. You'd think that what you're about to read are desperate lies in the name of space-filling and certainly the space-filling part is correct, but it turns out this Friday is International Hello Day. All the organisers ask is that you say hello to at least ten people today, which unless you're agoraphobic or just a right miserable sod, shouldn't be too difficult. It's also International Television Day. So say hello to some people and watch some TV – we should be able to handle that. You could say hello to some big winnings if you pick some winners from today's racing from Ascot, Dundalk, Exeter, Kelso and Wolverhampton. Don't forget, we pay out on disqualified winners and official result on all UK & Ireland races.
