THE ALL ROUNDERS - Jacks of all trades and masters of what? Well some are good with the ball and some with the bat but a master of both? Well they are rare treasures indeed! We're still not sure where Wes stands. He can bat, we have all seen that but does his bowling stand at a consistent level for all forms of the game?

The name "Wesley Durston" was on many lips locally before he became part of the first team setup. he had been part of the Cricket Board team before he took up a squad place. A confident batsman (a decent backup wicketkeeper!) and unusual spinner, he has proved his worth in all forms of the game but has yet to consolidate a place in any format setup. The one thing you know about Wes is that no matter where you put him he will not let you down but he is fighting to be recognised in the most populated and hardest position in the side...Number 7-ish! He'll still be in there fighting this year. |
