Mark, one
of the Mighty Turkeys, has set up an excellent photograph
site for Middlesex supporters’ photos.
This resource is now up and running for all to see. The web address is:
http://www.piczo.com/mtwd-cricket
The password is Turkey
Leader
You need to use the capital T and capital L and you
need the space between the two words.
As many
of you know, I have been saying for some time that such a site would work well
in combination with this Sportnetwork site, as it is
not easy to display large numbers of photographs within features or on the
Message Boards here.
Mark,
with some photographic support from several other turkeys and with PC/Internet
support from his trusty daughter, has, in my view, done a splendid job of
getting this extra MTWD resource set up.
Mark sees
the photo site as being very much work in progress at the moment, so he
welcomes comments and suggestions from MTWD people. You can either:
* Leave
comments in the guest book on the MTWD photo site, or;
* Leave
comments on the Message Board topic here at “MTWD central”.
We are
all very keen that our MTWD resources work together, providing yet more good
content for Middlesex supporters easily to enjoy. But as always with these voluntary resources,
the more people put into it the more they will get out of it, so please stump
up your ideas and content.
Mark
anticipates adding archive material to the site over the winter as he finds
time, so the photo site will be well worth the occasional visit during the
winter to see further content.
When we
get round to doing the off-season housekeeping here, we’ll put a permanent link
through to the photo site on the MTWD links (on the left of each page on
MTWD). For now, though, we suggest you
click through to it from this article or from the Message Board link.
Once again, many thanks to Mark for his efforts on this.
