Australia 2013/14

The full itinery for England's trip down under for the Ashes in 2013/14 has been confirmed, and although the test matches follow much the same path as it always has, the one dayers also provide some interest for England Cricket supporters....

It is in late October that the England Cricket Team start proceedings down under, with a warm up game in Perth, and they will stay in Australia right up to February 2nd for the Twenty20 match in Sydney.


31 October - 2 November v Western Australia XI (warm-up, Waca, Perth)

6-9 November v Australia A (warm-up, Blundstone Arena, Hobart)

13-16 November v New South Wales XI (warm-up, SCG, Sydney)

21-25 November v Australia (First Test, Gabba, Brisbane)

29-30 November v Chairman's XI (warm-up, Alice Springs)

5-9 December v Australia (Second Test, Adelaide Oval)

13-17 December v Australia (Third Test, Waca, Perth)

26-30 December v Australia (Fourth Test, MCG, Melbourne)


3-7 January v Australia (Fifth Test, SCG, Sydney)

12 January: 1st One Day International, Melbourne

14 January: 50-over tour match v Prime Minister’s XI, Canberra

17 January: 2nd One Day International, Brisbane

19 January: 3rd One Day International, Sydney (SCG)

24 January: 4th One Day International, Perth

26 January: 5th One Day International, Adelaide

29 January: 1st Twenty20 international, Hobart

31 January: 2nd Twenty20 international, Melbourne

2 February: 3rd Twenty20 international, Sydney (Stadium Australia)
