Rajagopal Satish, better referred to as R. Satish, will be playing for Mumbai Indians. He was formerly playing for ICL, and was leading the ICL India XI, Tamil Nadu.

This all-rounder, hailing from Trichy, is a right-hand bat and medium pacer. He will be donning the Mumbai Indians colours for this years tournament, that starts in March.

Satish is quick in the field too and is keen to work with fielding maestro Jonty Rhodes, who is the fielding coach for the Mumbai Indians team. Robin Singh, who is the coach of the team, and one of the top fielders India has produced, will soon be seen giving tips to this young guy.

Satish has an impressive track record, while posting persistent scores for the Chennai team in the second season of ICL, he went on to lead the ICL India XI international team and won the inaugural title.

This engineering degree holder, no doubt, will be an asset to the Mumbai Indians in future.

He did quite well in ICL...so good to see an IPL team pick him up...

just click on the Indian Cricket Fever website from the list on the left... and introduce yourself and this site... you can even paste a link...

btw, where are you located? Mumbai, or elsewhere?

Actually if you advertise, you may find there are others willing to contribute content.

Also, they could start new threads...

I read somwhere that Mukesh Ambani is going to buy a team in Ahmedabad...so both Ambani brothers will have teams in IPL...

That could be a news item...

Sathish is a perfect Choice in the Mumbai indians squad. He is a class act, a brilliant fielder and a brilliant athlete. His favourite is in charge of the Fielding department there. it was good to seem him take the most important wicket for the day.

he had a terrible day at bowling, but will surely learn, and in IPL its hard to get a decent bowling figures.
