ECB reserves have plummeted from 73.1 million in 2016 to just 8.6 million in 2018.

Traditionally the reserves tend to be at their best immediately after a home Ashes series, and at their worst the year before the next one, but even so, where has 66.5 million quid gone in 2 years?
And, as we already knew, the cost of setting up the hundred has risen from 13 million to 40 million (hopefully that is already accounted for in the decreased reserves- I assume it is, but I'm not sure)
Oh- and after 'losing' 66.5 million quid in two years, I really can't think of a better person to head up the ICC's finance committee than...........
Colin Graves.

Now Durham got fined 48 points for being about 7.5 million in debt, and needing an ECB loan, so losing 66.5 million ought to include a points penalty of 480.
