England Draw The Final Test

England went out at The Oval looking for a win. We batted first and put an impressive 515 onto the scoreboard.

Indias reply? 508-allout

Going into the second innings, we looked strong. Another good total was building up on the scoreboard, but we were interupted by rain. The coulds burst and so did the match. The umpires called the game off for the day, and it never resumed.

Another test draw. Not bad I suppose, a win and two draws, but two or more wins would have been better!

The player of the series is following. Nothing I have done before, but here goes...

India: Rahul Dravid - Excellent batting in the middle-order. He kept his wicket and scored the runs needed to keep India in the game.
