Lancashire fast bowler James Anderson looks set to lead England's attack in next weeks First Test match against Zimbabwe at Lord's, with Andrew Caddick being out injured.

Anderson came into the side in the VB Series against Australia and Sri Lanka in the winter, and because England have played exclusively one-day cricket since then, he is yet to make a test start.

The former Burnley fast bowler is one of three uncapped players to be named in the squad, along with Yorkshire skipper Anthony McGrath and Sussex quick James Kirtley.
