Popular loanee, Kevin Ellison has decided not to move to Sincil Bank but has instead, appeared to have signed for League Two new boys, Chester City. This will come as a major blow for the Imps boss as we are now the only club in the whole Division not to sign a single player Ellison rejected the Imps because he wasn't keen on moving from the North West and now looks likely to join Chester City.

This will come as a major blow for the Imps as Ellison was arguably the best player in the final few weeks of the season and set up many goals. Ellison played 13 games and became a fan favourite almost immediatly.

The Imps have also missed out on an unnamed defender, believed to be Barnsley's Handyside. So will we ever sign anyone? Will we be destined for playoff disappointment again? Will Brian Laws ever accept that Lincoln are just better than then? Only time will tell
