Imps definatly won't play Stockport again

The Imps will definatly not be drawn together in tomorrow's Carling Cup draw as both are non-seeded clubs in the draw. The Imps however, could have a lucrative trip to Elland Road or Brammell Lane, knowing us though, we'll draw Rotherham at home or something. The Imps will thankfully be saved from any massively long trip as the draw is divided into 4 different sections - Northern Seeded, Northern Unseeded, Southern Seeded and Southern Unseeded. The Imps are in the 2nd of those 4 and can only possibly play a team from the seeded group in the North.

So in other words, the Imps could be home or away to any of the following teams

Leeds
Wolves
Sunderland
Wigan
Sheffield United
Stoke
Forest
Preston
Rotherham
Crewe
Burnley
Derby
Walsall
Bradford
Hartlepool
Port Vale
Tranmere
Barnsley
Wrexham

News of the draw will be here on Thursday
