According to a source at Sincil Bank, the Imps could be set to make a loan deal for Manchester United defender, Paul McShane. After speaking to a source I had at Sincil Bank, the deal is due to the new rules involving loan deals and would just cover the Imps until November.
The new rules regarding loans means that any loan, can only at maximum of 3 months and with the new transfer windows being put in, Keith Alexander needs as many players as he can get and looks set to sign the United youngster, McShane. McShane is a 18 year old defender from Kilpedder in Ireland and is tipped to be a star one day, maybe not with United but has been touted as a future Republic of Ireland international.
McShane, a product of United's youth team is currently in his 3rd year of the famous United academy and we all know the reputation the kids from that system have. Names such as David Beckham, Paul Scholes, Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs are some of the most famous footballers in the world and recently, names such as Kieran Richardson, Chris Eagles and Darren Fletcher are breaking through into the squad.
The loan deal is apparantly expected to be complete within the next week
