We bring you our review of the 2nd part of the 5 part season review DVD that fails to meet expectations and misses parts. The DVD, which turns out to be a disappointment, not just because it doesn't feature every goal, is made on a disk that you can buy from HMV and £20 is way to much to charge.

Interestingly enough, the first thing I noticed was that the DVD, is created on a rewritable DVD from you can buy from HMV or MVC. If you look closely at the disk, you'll notice the word "Multipaq" written and the disk. This means that the DVD might not be easily playable on several DVD players. I've tried it on 4 different DVD players (including the PC) and each one has struggled to play the disk and on more than one occasion, the sound is either ahead or behind what's being seen. Although the introduction is quite amusing with the sound effects added to Keates' goal against Bury.

Speaking of the Bury match, there is a great irony with the highlights. It lacks something that City have been missing all season long, and that's the final goal of the game, Bury's equaliser is not included on the disk for some reason that is not explained, despite the fact the Vickers' explains in the opening preview, that Bury scored a last minute equaliser.

The interviews that comprise of the extras, are amusing but don't really add much to the value of the disk. The "in the hot seat" question sections just feel like a filler as everyone who buys the program, or even reads the official website, will already know what the answers are and the seperate interviews with Keith, Mayo and Asamoah don't really feel a worthy addition.

Overall, the DVD isn't bad if you want a 5 part, £100 season review that doesn't even show all the goals, but if I'm being honest, this DVD doesn't seem to have had a lot of effort put into it, not surprising considering there were only 7 days between the final game of the dvd being played, and the DVD going on sale. Granted this DVD could have been worse, but it could have been a whole lot better and my advice is buy it whilst the discount is still on, because like the "Road to Cardiff" Video, it isn't worth £15, let alone £20 that you'd have to pay after the discount ends.

The fact we only win 1 of the 11 games doesn't really help.
