Unofficial Coventry Rugby needs you!

Are you an accomplished writer or have you ever had aspirations on being a reporter, if so, please read on. If not, again read on. I am looking for a volunteer, unfortunately you will not get paid, you will be doing it for the same reason as myself, for the love of being a Coventry rugby supporter.

It is my intention to add stories from the past.  They can be of famous Coventry players, games, or just an old story that will interest and amuse fellow fans.

I for one enjoy reminiscing bygone days, the good old days… Undoubtedly this mindset is associated with getting older and I’m sure I’m not unique in frequenting the memory cells, I believe there are like minded people out there who would love to hear your stories.

Anyway, if you wish to share your experiences with fellow Coventry supporters then please get in touch with me on unofficialcoventryrugby@googlemail.com.  Initially I’m after names of volunteers, once these are established we can start discussing ideas.

one suggestion Dave is to resurrect the "terrace verdict" idea now no longer used by the telegraph.I am sure there are people out there who would like to give it a go.It of course has the added benefit and discipline of being confined to just 100 words,so contributors dont have to worry about filling rheams of paper.
dont forget that John Butler is always looking for additional contributors and articles for the matchday programme,especially along the lines already suggested by Dave.
