Meet the regulars revisited

Some years ago (in the high and far off times) - we ran a "meet the regulars" project. Since then, the numbers visiting the site on a regular basis have grown. We thought it was time to dust off the idea, and relaunch it.

Meet the Regulars
 
 This is an opportunity, for those who wish, to reveal a little more of themselves than possible behind a posting name. You fill in a short form and, if you wish, upload a photo (please make it .jpg or.png file) and we will produce a page showing who's who.
 
If you did this before, please do it again, as time has passed, your likes and dislikes will have changed, and it is better to be up to date.
 
You will find the form here, and there are a couple of questions at the end about the site that will not get published!

Of course not. not sure if the issue is fixed yet but I have received a form from Sumo Saints - post the mail saying that there was an issue and no more would be saved. I am now officially a confused bunny.
