Durham's young fast-bowler Steve Harmison is set to make his international debut on Thursday, against Sourav Ganguly's India, at Trent Bridge.

Harmison Set To Start As Tudor Is Released

Alex Tudor has been released by England ahead of this week's second Test against India.

He was a surprise inclusion in the 13-man squad, after playing in just two one-day games since sustaining shin splints during the NatWest Series.

The selectors decided to allow Tudor to return to Surrey to play in their championship match against Sussex.

Tudor's absence means Durham faster bowler Steve Harmison is almost certain to make his debut.
