Are Tottenham still our rivals? The reason I ask is because St Totteringham day arrived yesterday and nobody noticed. St Totteringham day is the the day that Tottenham can no longer, mathematically, over take Arsenal's league position.
I must admit, due to the deafening silence that I wonder if I have got my maths right. I must also admit I didn't notice it whilst at the match yesterday. However we are on 67 points and Tottenham on 43. So if, ha ha, if Tottenham won all their games they would have 64 points, so sorry Totts no cigar.
Yesterday Arsenal fans were more concerned with the Man U result, and cheered when the result came through.
So all of you out there, who for the sake of peace and quiet, agreed with a Spurs mate to bet (on the rediculous possibilty) that they would finish higher than Arsenal, now is the time to collect your money.
