It would be good to see Man U & Arsenal with £200 Million over the next years, But Man U have already spent highly over a 4 year period, in comparison Arsenal have spent nothing.
Arsenal/Wenger record is second to none, but the next couple of seasons will show if his strategy works in the future or not. It has over the last 4 seasons as we can all see and I don't think that will ever be achieved again by Spending only £27.5 Million, but if only "domestically" still out of this world" , but only domestically .
