Monsieur Wenger Holidays

Arsene Wenger is about to go on a long and well earned rest. A whole ten days, which is long by his standards. But there are no real football tournaments to keep him engaged.

So assuming that he has started on his fantastically long break from today; it will mean that any transfer news will be the usual rubbish, and then after he returns it will just be the usual rubbish.

Of course we all know, according to the usual whacky press and websites that Henry is off to Barcelona, Pires to Inter, Paddy and Reyes to Real, and Ashley to Chelsea. So Wenger will be very lonely when he returns.

But before he left he assured Arsenal fans that he will buy one or two players (to make up for these mass losses perhaps), and that they will be experienced and even, perhaps, well known. They will be needed as only the youth and the lame will be left. And as Hansen once said, "you cant win anything with Kids and the lame".

But dont let press balls get you down, ignore it and relax, Arsene is going to.
