England will feel deflated and embarrassed after Australia dismissed them for just 157. England now look certain to lose the first test but many fans will be shocked to hear that Aussie skipper did not enforce the follow on.

The day started badly for England as McGrath and Lee continued where they left off.

Pietersen feel early after Glenn McGrath trapped him on the back foot but the right hander left the ball thinking it was missing his off stump. Haweye showed that the ball was actually going over the top of the stumps.

Freddie was next in and many hoped he would equal is peformance with the bat as he did with the ball. This was not the case, Freddie lasted 3 balls and was caught behing for a duck off Brett Lee.

Jones was next in and was looking to steady the ship with the impressive Bell. He fell LBW to Glenn McGrath for just 19 runs.

Bell reached 50 but then fell to Clark after slicing a ball to Ponting.

Giles made 24 but then was caught behind off Mcgrath. Matthew Hoggard and Steve Harmison were both caught behind without scoring and England's innings came to an end.

The desicion to not enforce the follow on was a shock to most people but Austalia again came out and made Englands bowlers look below average.

Australia finished on 181 for 1 with the wicket coming from a run out.

Poor day again for England.
