Scoring Points

The scoring system rewards individual performance in the four player categories - Batsman, Bowler, Wicket Keeper & Fielder. The points are awarded in each match of the ICC Champions Trophy as follows.

Fielding

Each catch taken

+5

Each stumping

+10

Bowling

Each wicket taken

+20

Each 5 runs conceded

-1

Batting

Each run scored

+1

Each duck

-20 (except bowlers)
