Dear Anthony, Yorkshire fans would love you to stay, but please Mags if you are going to leave, tell us now. The club is in an Adams induced crisis - short of players and the fans need a boost. You are a class batsman and we want you in our team, but if it's a 'no' go now and let us move forward. What is it that stops you making a decision?

You are a Yorkshireman, we all want you to stay and score the runs as you did so consistently well in 2006. We love watching you bat and the club needs you (probably now more than ever). If you want to play for England again, as this site has suggested you should many times, then runs for Yorkshire are equal to runs anywhere else.

If you are not happy and see the grass greener elsewhere then please go. All of this stalling does not make planning for next season any easier and with recent events the club needs players prepared to sweat blood for the cause. We need the whole squad to unite behind whoever the new captain and management team is. We need to know that whoever wears that white rose knows what it means to play for our great club. We appreciate that you do know the pride and passion required to play for Yorkshire. Would you really want to wear a red rose instead?

Come on Mags. It's tough enough sometimes being a Yorkshire supporter. Please commit yourself to the club, wear that white rose with pride, and honour the contract you signed.
