We are going to produce a T-shirt to be sold in aid of The Yorkshire Pride Appeal. The Corridor wants your ideas! The T-shirt will feature an image of Geoffrey Boycott who was one of the first people to be elected to The Corridor's Yorkshire Cricket Hall of Fame.

What we need are suggestion for a short and witty slogan to go beneath the Boycott print. The winner will receive the first T-shirt that is produced and signed photograph of the Yorkshire legend Geoffrey Boycott.

Remember it's Geoffrey Boycott, we are The Corridor of Uncertainty and it is to be sold for The Yorkshire Pride Appeal. The Yorkshire Pride logo will feature on either the sleeve or on the back of the shirt. All you need to concentrate on is the words to go on the front of the T-shirt.

Ideally this shirt should appeal to all Yorkshire cricket fans. The deadline for entries is midnight Sunday 25th March 2007. All entries will be gathered together and forward to Geoffrey Boycott himself who will decide the winner.

Geoffrey Boycott is a living legend and the reason our website bears the name it does. H was the person who invented the saying ‘corridor of uncertainty’ and the first person to use the term as a commentator - the rest of the media taking his lead. He and Fred Trueman were the first players to be inducted into The Corridor's Yorkshire Cricket Hall of Fame last year. He has worked tirelessly behind the scenes this winter to help his fellow board members take Yorkshire cricket into the 2007 season with the optimism that currently surrounds the club. There are many Yorkshire greats, but there is only one Geoffrey Boycott.

The Yorkshire Pride Appeal is raising funds for Yorkshire County Cricket Club both to ensure the long-term prosperity of Test cricket in Yorkshire and to begin the next stage of redevelopment at the Headingley Carnegie Stadium.
