John Blain to be released at the end of the season

John Blain is to be released by Yorkshire at the end of the season and has been told that he is free to go on loan to another county until then. Yorkshire's Director of Cricket David Byas has told John Blain that he is free to find another county following the twenty seven year olds inability to hold down a regular spot in the Yorkshire 1st XI.

Blain moved to Yorkshire two seasons ago but has made only infrequent appearances since.
