Twenty20 campaign by 21 runs at Trent Bridge. Chasing 194 runs to win Yorkshire fell short of the target with only White and Lehmann the only batsmen to pass thirty. Batting first Nottinghamshire were fired by a sparkling 58 off just 30 balls (including 4 sixes) from Australian David Hussey. He was ably supported at the end by Chris Read who smashed 48 from 28 deliveries.

The Yorkshire reply was restricted by tight bowling and keen fielding and the asking rate of over 9 an over proved too much.

That's one win and one defeat so far so if Yorkshire are to progress any further than the group stages in this years competition a victory next Monday against Durham is essential.
