Lets face it - We we're total shite against Forest and playing like that we wouldn't stand a chance vs Prem class teams. But that might just be Sunderland and cup footy, they go together like Dickson Etuhu and Joey Barton on derby day. So lets just hope that we play like we did at home vs Liverpool.
It doesn't help that new-boy Steed Malbranque will be out of action for this game after he twisted his knee vs Forest. Carlos Edwards should be fit to take his place on the pitch is Steeds place.
Roy has told the lads they need to step their game up a notch after Wednesday and if they don't he'll have the hairdryer out. City should be tired from a midweek UEFA Cup game which they won on pens.
