Surrey will start their defense of the county championship against Lancashire on the 18th of April at the AMP oval. In the Cheltenem and Gloucester Surrey face Staffordshire away and Whitgift will be hosting a championship match for the first time as Surrey play Nottinghamshire there. Surrey will play India A in a friendly match at the AMP Oval and the championship match against Middlesex will be played at Guilford.
