Shahid to lead seconds

Surrey have appointed former player Nadeem Shahid as second eleven coach. He will take over from Alan Butcher who left the position to become the first eleven coach. Shahid retired at the end of the 2004 season and was appointed as Community Liaison officer for Surrey. He will now play a big part in helping Surrey develop younger players.
