It's an a very early morning start for England Cricket Fans, back in the UK, as the one day 50 over side try and emulate their Twenty20 side, and secure back to back series wins in New Zealand....

For those people getting in late on a Saturday night, the 1am GMT start time might be ideal, but for those that are not used to staying awake all night, these next few weeks are really going to test the eyelids somewhat.

After the bish bash knocking around from the past week, there is now the small matter of 50 over action for England and New Zealand, starting in Hamilton.

Alastair Cook returns to lead the side, so the opening pair of Alex Hales and Michael Lumb, make way for Cook and Warwickshire's Ian Bell, supported by Jonathan Trott at number three.

There is no Kevin Pietersen, who is being rested and who will return to the test squad in March for the three match series.

Jos Buttler will continue to stand behind the stumps, meaning Jonny Bairstow could well miss out on a batsman slot, with Joe Root set to continue in the side.

On the bowling front for England, Graeme Swann is back in the limited overs side, whilst Stuart Broad will be hoping to continue his return to form.

Difficult to see where KP would fit back in, should Joe Root have a good series.
