An England Cricket Fan, with links to the admin team here at England Cricket Sportnetwork, has started writing a blog for his local newspaper back in the UK. Craig Norwood is currently on tour with the Barmy Army in New Zealand and talks about his time at the drawn first test....

Craig talks about his desire to head to the stunning New Zealand "After seeing pictures from some of the guys already out here I knew this was the one place that I really wanted to visit, picturesque views and stunning backdrop scenery and that was just from the warm up game in Queenstown."

"I knew this place would be something special so I was ready for the short 24-hour flight just to get to the country. The journey time from leaving home to get to my final destination was going to be somewhere in the region of 48 hours, I hadn’t really prepared overnight and stayed up late so it was going to be a long journey."

You can read the full blog HERE.

We will also have a full account of our time in Wellington and Auckland, once we return from our trip to New Zealand.
