1st caption competition of the season. Barmy Kev is seen wearing an England test hat signed by Kevin Pieterson. Any comments?
Chunky won the last competion pre season and has not opted for a miniscule prize. So he will be judging this with closing date 1st November

Piers Morgan asking Andrew Strauss for advice of how through Middlesex the best way to promote his book, not a good idea.
My final offering Kev's book sales have increased as a result of this MTWD publicity. Sadly KP's have remained stagnant

I feel like Lord Sugar did last night. I reckon I'll sack the lot of you!

Well, after much consideration, the winner is Dingy Bags with-

I do feel a bit sorry for Kev (our Kev that is) as he had many attempts, and many near misses- so Kev probably occupies 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th places.
Dingy's gag was short, and to the point. I expect KP had one long whinge to a ghost writer- who then went away, and wrote it all up- whilst KP sits back and watches the cash roll in.

Gutted my only entry didn't make the top 50 but await with baited breath Dingy's speech,even better if he's got the round in before it on the 15th.

The overall standard was very high and not easy to chose. I'm flattered finishing 2,3,4 and 5th.
There will be another competition next month which I expect Dingy will judge , unless he opts for a miniscule drink on the 15th.
