Here is the third and final part of the seasonal photo quiz. You can now enter the whole quiz in one go (25 questions in total across the three parts). This third part contains the final seven photos and the final eight questions. It's great fun, well worth entering for miniscule prize reasons and we are very garteful to Darren Gosling for the game.
Here is the third and final part of the seasonal photo quiz. Darren Gosling has submitted 22 photos, containing pictures of 25 current and former Middlesex players. All the pictures were taken between 2008 and 2010.
Part Three is the last seven photos, which in this round contain eight further players to be identified.
Following several requests from punters asking for more time and also asking to submit all three parts of their responses together, we are keeping parts one and two open until all three parts have been published. Responses to all three parts should be submitted no later than 23:11 on 11 January 2011. Yes, that's 11:11 11-1-11.
People who have already submitted answers to parts one and two can resubmit their answers if they wish to do so once they have seen the rest of the pictures, not that I think that will help any!
It's a tough quiz and well worth having a go even if you only recognise some of the pictures. We're pretty sure the winner will succeed with quite a low score!! And in the event of a tie, Darren will hastily arrange some sort of tie-breaker. It's not just pride up for grabs - there's also a famous MTWD miniscule prize to be had.

Once again, good luck, everyone. And once again, many thanks to Darren for his efforts in putting this excellent game together for us.
Well, I've given it my worst. I found Part Two the hardest but I'm pretty sure that there are a good few Middlesex fans out there who will beat my score in this game.
Most enjoyable, nonetheless.
And anyway, there's not much point in me sending myself a miniscule prize in the post!!
Just submitted my entry. Anyone considering being a late entrant don't panic, I'll promise you, you won't come last. This is very challenging , but worth a go and won't take up too much of your time.
I am anxious to find out how I performed in this competition, having devoted lots of time and effort to it.
I spent Monday night preparing a post explaining which players I found easy to identify and how I arrived at the answers I submitted for some of the harder photos, and I planned to make this post when the results of this competition are announced, although it may be over 100 words. It was due to my preparation of the post that I didn't see the Poll: Pole Shaft thread until it had been running for about an hour.
May I send my congratulations to whoever has won this competition.
