I think the standard of my football at college was once described as diltoid. Though one of the letters might have been different.

Apologies if any has got to number 13! There was a letter missing. Now corrected in the list.

Not dissimilar to the missing vowels round in Only Connect.

Couldn't get 5, 9 or 14.

A few good entries so far. We'll be closing the competition sometime next weekend so get thinking. Multiple entries are acceptable. As long as the answers fit, are correct and make grammatical sense we will accept alternative words to the ones we had in mind.
Put your thinking caps on and Happy New Year.

The competition will remain open till this weekend. It is worth a punt even if you not 100% sure of some of them. We will not be too strict with exact wording.

Our answer for Q 14 was 3 wicketkeepers used in all formats but Patrick’s answer was just as right!

I got two correct,1st and 3rd ones,the only two I wrote down,but piles of scrap paper!
