Strauss gets England call

Middlesex captain Andrew Strauss has been called up by England as cover for Mark Butcher and Graham Thorpe, who has had a recurrence of his back injury. Strauss, who was due to fly out in April for the one day series will now arrive in the Carribbean on Sunday. MTWD would like to wish Andy all the best and hopes that he will make his well deserved test debut soon.
