Coroner's Inquest Into Limited Overs Performances

Facts are difficult to refute, and the statistics underneath do confirm how much of a liability that the captain Andrew Gale is to the one-day campaigns. By contrast, Alex Lees has made huge strides as a one-day opener this year, eclipsing the erratic efforts of Lyth and Williamson. Richard Pyrah has also made a big contribution to the Vikings in 2014. Finally, I nominate Adil Rashid as Yorkshire's best player in the Royal London One-Day Cup.
